Nunoo Terms of Use
Last updated: 27 October 2026
These terms cover your use of the Nunoo app. By using it you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Who we are
Nunoo is operated by FMI Systems Limited, based in the United Kingdom.
What Nunoo is
Nunoo is a virtual pet that two partners look after together. The care features are free. Two optional outfits, the Flower Crown and the Space Helmet, are one-time purchases.
Your account
You need an account to use Nunoo. Give us a real email address, keep your password to yourself, and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. You must be at least 13 years old. You can delete your account at any time in the app. How to delete it.
Purchases
Outfits are one-time purchases made through your Apple ID. They are not subscriptions. Apple takes payment and handles refunds: see purchases in the FAQ. An outfit is shared between the two partners in a couple. If the couple is dissolved, whether by leaving or by deleting an account, the outfits it held are lost for both partners, unless the person who bought an outfit restores it from the Wardrobe after pairing again.
Using Nunoo properly
- Do not use the app to harass anyone, to break the law, or to interfere with the service or other people's accounts.
- Pet names and display names should not be abusive or unlawful.
- Do not try to bypass the app's limits, such as care cooldowns or purchases.
Notifications
Notifications are a convenience. Apple and your phone settings can delay or block them, so we cannot promise they arrive.
Availability and liability
We work to keep Nunoo running, but we provide it as it is and cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors. A virtual pet and its history are not something to rely on. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have by law that cannot be limited, or our liability where the law does not allow it to be limited. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
Privacy
How we handle your data is in the Privacy Policy.
Changes
We may update these terms. We will change the date above, and tell you in the app if the change is material. If you keep using the app after that, you accept the new terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales can hear any dispute, without affecting any rights you have under the consumer law where you live.
